Darjeeling 1st Flush (Organic)
This special black tea is handpicked during the first flush season (late February to early April) in the high altitude of Darjeeling, India. Silver tea buds are present, well rolled, and elongated. The flavor is full-bodied and honey toned, with notes of muscatel grape and has a pronounced fragrance and taste suggestive of ripe fruit.
Instructions:
Basic preparation;
Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 2 minutes with 195 Fahrenheit water.

If you are interested in a lighter brew try water that is 175 Fahrenheit.

If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping with 2 teaspoons of tea.
