Decaf Gen Mai Cha
Also known as Brown Rice Tea, Gen Mai Cha is a famous blend of Japanese green tea and roasted brown rice. The combination yields a smooth, roasted, and slightly creamy flavor. The tea has been decaffeinated using CO2, the preferred method for retaining the most flavor and nutrients. With most of the caffeine removed, it can even be enjoyed without the unwanted effects of caffeine.
Basic preparation;
Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 1-2 minutes with 175° Fahrenheit.

If you are interested in a lighter brew try using 1 teaspoon.

If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping for 3 minutes.
