Green KuKi Cha
The stems of this Kukicha come from premium quality tea plants, picked in the early spring and deep steamed to produce a very light, refreshing brew. Blended with steamed leaves, this green tea has a grassy taste, famous with Japanese teas, with a slightly sweet finish. Because of the addition of stems, the caffeine content is lower than most other green teas.
Instructions:
Basic preparation;
Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 1-2 minutes with 175 Fahrenheit.

If you are interested in a lighter brew try using 1 teaspoon.

If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping for 3 minutes.
