An excellent 3 monkey grade Keemun tea from An Hui Province, China. The leaves are tightly rolled and rich in color. The tea brews a translucent rust color and tastes smooth and rich with nutty and malty undertones. It finishes with a sweet and refreshing aftertaste.

Basic preparation;
Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 2 minutes with boiling water.
If you are interested in a lighter brew try water that is 195 Fahrenheit.
