Lapsang Souchong (Organic)
A unique Chinese black tea with strong smoky flavor. The dry leaves have an aroma reminiscent of a camp fire. Its signature flavor is achieved during the drying process, in which the leaves are placed over pine smoke, a method that originated during the Qing dynasty in the 17th century.
Basic preparation;
Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 2 minutes with boiling water.

If you are interested in a lighter brew try water that is 195 Fahrenheit.

If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping for 3-4 minutes.
