Roasted KuKi Cha
This unique Japanese tea is made from roasted stems and branches of the tea plant. Because it does not contain tea leaves, the caffeine content is very low. In addition, it is said to help with digestion and has relaxing properties, which makes it the perfect after-meal tea. The roasted flavor is very distinct and pleasing.
Basic preparation;
Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 2 minutes with boiling water.

If you are interested in a lighter brew try water that is 195 Fahrenheit.

If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping for 3-4 minutes.
