Rocky Mountain Breakfast is our special blend of premium Assam black tea from Northern India and Keemun black tea in the mountains of Anhui province in China. Both regions are blessed with a mild climate, plenty of rainfall and cloud-encircled dense forests which nurtures the teas that grow in them. Our Rocky Mountain Breakfast is malty, smooth and strong, with a pleasant, piney fragrance and lingering aftertaste. It is a very pleasant tea that will stand alone, as well as support sugar and/or milk.
Basic preparation;
Use 2 teaspoons of tea per 8-12 oz of water. Steep for 2 minutes with boiling water.

If you are interested in a lighter brew try water that is 195 Fahrenheit.

If you are interested in a stronger brew try steeping for 3-4 minutes.
