Wu Yi Mountain area features one of earliest and best type of Oolong teas: Yan Cha or Rock Tea. The area is mist and rocky. Teas, lots of wild teas, grow on the rocky, thus the name of the tea. Due to both the traditional baking process and the leaves are picked when they are relative mature, the taste of tea infusion is substantial, and can often be brewed in many steeps.
