Jiang Su Province, China is one of the earliest and most important tea growing area. One of the most famous Chinese green teas: Bi Luo Chun, is grown and processed here. We visited this certified organic tea farm in 2010. From the photos you can see how workers picked up the tea buds, and still today, farmers make this tea by traditional hand process that has been passed down generation by generation.
